Each team must carry their own liability insurance and submit a copy of that to: scottcountysoftballclub@gmail.com
REFUND POLICY:
If tournament is canceled by hosts, all teams will be refunded 100% of costs. If a team cancels five days prior to (June 23) a 95% refund will be given. In the event a team cancels or no shows, no refund will be given.
